FINANCIAL ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Investments in Energy Efficiency and small scale of Auto Producers investments up to 400 kW, in general, will be subject to the below criteria.

Eligible Clients
Eligible MSME’s	Micro, small, medium-sized Businesses Enterprises up to 250 employees
Business ownership	At least one permanent resident of Kosovo. Private ownership with no government ownership during the tenor of the loan.Credit history
Credit history	Has proven positive credit history (Classification – Standard A for group of connected clients) on CBK at the last three months prior disbursement

Loan and Leasing	Investments in Energy Efficiency; Small scale renewable energy up to 400kW (wind, solar, biomass or geothermal energy) for self-consumption
Maximum credit exposure (guaranteed and non guaranteed amount)	The maximum size of the creditors' exposure will be EUR 5.0 million.
Maximum loan amount	EUR 3.0 million
Minimum loan amount	EUR 3,000
Maximum amount of guarantee	EUR 500,000
Minimum loan maturity	12 Months
Maximum loan maturity	84 Months
