WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE GUARANTEES?

• Guarantees will be offered for up to 50% of the loan principal but not more than EUR 500,000
• Maximum lifetime limit: 30%
• Type of guarantee: Revolving

WHICH LOANS CAN BENEFIT FROM THE GROW WINDOW?

Qualified Loans that meet the following criteria will be eligible for GROW Window benefits:

• The maximum loan amount is 3,000,000 EUR
• The minimum loan amount is EUR 3,000
• The maximum amount of credit exposure is EUR 5,000,000
• The maximum amount of the guarantee is EUR 500,000, however, the last beneficiary must not be exposed more than EUR 1.0 million as a beneficiary of credit guarantees according to the FKGK.
• Guaranteed loan maturity up to 84 months
• The purpose of the loan is Energy Efficiency Investments (Building Infrastructure, Equipment, Production Lines and other Energy Efficiency measures– Maximum 20% Complementary Investments) , Small-scale renewable energy (wind, solar, biomass or energy geothermal) up to 400 kw.
