• Certificate of Registration as a business issued by the Kosovo Business Registration Agency (KBRA)
  • The enterprise’s evidence of establishment (status)
  • Evidence from a competent court that the applicant is not involved in a liquidation/bankruptcy procedure, that his/her business is not administered by the court, and that his/her commercial activities are not suspended
  • Evidence from a competent authority that the applicant meets all legal obligations on tax payments in the country where he/she is legally registered 
  • Reference detailing the applicant’s business experience in the field
  • Support letter from a bank or lender (if commercial financing is sought)
  • Audited financial report for the last three years, certified by a competent institution or certified financial auditor
  • Technical feasibility study based on real data and measurements carried out on the project implementation
  • Final steps for project implementation plan
  • Technical connection information issued by KEDS or KOSTT, depending on the grid connection level
  • Business plan, including total installation costs
  • Evidence of the applicant’s right to use the land/property and the state of the land to be used for generator construction (e.g., a decision on consent granted by the municipal body, possession list, copies of the plan, agreements/contracts on the use of private/public land)
  • Environmental consent by MESPI
  • Evidence of the type, safety, and quality of solar PV panels and certificate of recycling (TUV certificate)
  • Grid connection agreement (issued by KEDS)
  • Municipal Environmental Permit
  • Construction permit issued per Law on Construction
  • Dynamic plan on the execution of works
  • Request for power purchase agreement (PPA)
